CBK RUINS QBs. Always has. Every one regresses in CBK's genius offensive system....
CBK is calling those plays. Saw it for 12 years. We used to refer to it as "offensive genius."...
Did it occur to you that CBK can't do better than Denbrock?? Bottom line - LSU can do better than CBK....
False. Most of us danced a jig when he left. He's an average to above average HC who's never going to win a ring, and worse, he's a detestable human being....
Kelly is EXACTLY who we told you he is. Y'all weren't listening....
It was actually insane. Had it failed, every last one of you would be calling for Kelly's head today. But congrats, Coach Kelly. Great home overtime win over a decent Bama team. Your successor just had a bigger win, in his 10th game as a head coach, than you've had in your entire career. ...

Saban>Kelly. Kelly will never beat Saban....
"Dude builds programs." Ha! Dude nearly always loses the big games. Fact is, much of his recent success came from constructing cakewalk schedules and a few years of USC being awful. How'd he fare against Saban? ...
He did it EVERY TIME at ND... and the opposing coach ALWAYS deferred. Meaning ND always started with the ball and the opposition always started Q3 with the ball. It's because Kelly is a self-proclaimed offensive genius. It's actually because of his hubris. It's so refreshing that his successor defer...
Not only didn't "beat the brakes" off them, LSU LOST. To Florida State. In the State of Louisiana. Bring on Saban....

I said Brian Kelly was a bad hire twelve years ago when Notre Dame settled for him. And he proved that right when he promptly lost to Tulsa and Navy and Northwestern (lost because BK decided to go for 2, up 11). He wound up being the losingest coach in ND history and nobody else was close. He is ...

re: Would you have gone for 2?

Kelly lost two, possibly three games at ND going for two when he should have gone for one. He lost to Northwestern because he went for 2 when up 11. A FG, TD and 2 pt conversion was something I guess he didnt think about. Well he learned - so no way on God's green earth does he go for two there....

Sorry, but since he's the only one Kelly poached from ND, you're stuck with Polian....
AND Brian Kelly abandoned his entire team and all his coaches, on the verge of a (then) potential trip to the playoffs. That's fine - he did us a HUGE favor. Because now we have a coach who's a tireless worker and a very likable human being. And LSU has players and recruits scurrying to the e...

Mulkey, although a thoroughly dislikable human being, is undeniably one of the top 2 or 3 coaches in the nation, with multiple natties. Kelly, although a thoroughly dislikable human being, is undeniably one of the top 20 to 25 coaches in the nation, and not only has never won an NC, he has won on...
Um...isn't it quite obvious that they'd all prefer to work for Freeman than their former boss? What does that tell you about their former boss? Most all of us work for bosses. There are some we'd follow to the moon if they went there. There are some we wouldn't. You got the latter as your b...
