Most of their fans gloss over it, but this is the second year in a row they have been ok, but really propped up by a couple of players and weak in the secondary.

I’m not sure why some of our fans are so eager to say Golding is a bad coach. That’s a knock against Lane for hiring him.

What does it say about LSU that it couldn’t exploit that Pete Golding defense? Last week’s loss looks worse this week.

No. You don’t get those excuses in the NIL era when you have the second highest payroll in the country. That’s why there is the transfer portal. This isn’t 1983 any more. It’s not even 2013.
