It was Copeland. I think that is 2 personal fouls for the season on him for unecessary roughness. Every game he mixes it up after the whistle. It was only a matter of time before it got the team is a bad spot. Miles called it "high-schoolish in the post game.

That penalty and fg kicking were the difference.
Nine point swing.

The one last night was Rediculous and this needs to stop, shifted momentum and cost us points IMO.

If he had knocked down an Ala. player who had batted down a pass, that would've been OK.

I could not disagree more. That play took points off the board, and the way things were going at the time, a TD appeared likely.

More than that, it completely changed the momentum of the game.

That incredibly stupid penalty may have changed the outcome of the game. There is no way that a run and catch con "make up for a game changing play like that".

Great play, but not even close. Even with the 3-4 bad offensive calls, the JC penalty lost this game IMO.

when Keke was knocked down after he batted down the pass, my daughter almost came out of her skin. if she had been there, Fluker (?) would be in the hospital today....

We all just almost came unglued. It was utterly ridiculous that there was no call on that.
