Look, if you are looking to point your finger at anybody blame his high school coaches, as well as his youth league/travel coaches, who probably rode the shite out of young stud pitcher to win a few weekend tournaments. To blame CPM for this only shows how incredibly ignorant (or stupid) you are.

So u think he would be just fine if he didn't pitch that last game. If it was torn already it was on the way to a tear and would have during the summer or fall or whenever.

For all the pulmonary apologists how many of you would take yourself out of a starting role in the CWS?

no way is that decision related to his current injury. He still would have thrown. He still would have eventually tore the ligament. People who think otherwise (Atlanta) are really dumb.
they really need to watch a pitchers arm in slow motion.

A pitchers throwing elbow warrants a little more than 3 days and no scans

With a torn UCL, 100% of pitchers would not continue throwing.

1- on the initial pop he would have probably had a shock, and he would not have been able to hide the pain for the short time it surfaced.

2- if he didn't experience the pop, then you would have seen his fastball drop from 88 to in the 70's. It would have been very noticeable that there was a problem.

And in case you weren't watching.....he did pull himself from the game.

What do the scans have to do with anything? What does that game he started have to do with anything?

Answers: Nothing.

The soreness was likely a grade 1 or 2 sprain which could have been treated non surgically. He then proceeded to throw on it and completely tore it

Yeah, IIRC Mr. Banks has always had a pretty bizarre hatred of PM. I think this situation is like a bat signal for people who want some kind of a reason to shite on him but can't actually formulate one.

I don't have to. I've had TJ surgery before. I had 15 months to search everything I could.
