Corso just said penix from u-dub will finish second in the Heisman with his pac12 championship win… ‘behind Jayden Daniels?’ ‘No comment. You know the rules.’

Jayden is winning it but I’m not sure Lee Biden even knows who Penix or Daniels are
Posted on 12/2/23 at 8:15 am to billfish21
Jayden and Penix are far more talented overall than Bo.

Its really sad they are still dragging Corso out there
No better than the Dems dragging out Biden

Don’t insult Corso by calling him Biden. Corso used to be great

he didn't say to who, but it's clear who it is to.

I said last night that I thought Pennix would jump Bo. JD wins, but you can't put Bo ahead of Pennix when he beat him head to head twice (even if it isn't a team award).

It’s a little better.

Corso is the most likable guy on that show, at this point. I’d rather listen to him than any of those other goobers, except for maybe Herbstreit.

Relax, Corso doesn’t have the nuclear codes.

Didn't Herby start crying because of the plight of the black man on TV? He obviously didn't tell Disney owned ESPN what to do, like Elon did.

I love Penix's grit, but man does he have a funky throwing motion.

I watched a couple games back when he was at Indiana and it's the first thing you notice. I didn't think he was any good, but he's done great at Washington. Mahomes is a little different too, but obviously it works for him.

What a shame

Penix is also immobile, not just in comparison to Daniels (obviously) but in absolute terms. So drop back passing it is for him.
His throwing motion is really funky, kinda like when you watch Sale or Kershaw pitch and wonder how their arms take the strain of all that added, unnecessary torque.
One last thing about JD I found interesting that I haven't seen raised elsewhere (though siap) is the fact that he just ran for roughly 250 yards *more* as a predominantly passing qb than he did last year when he was, at least at times, a predominantly a running qb.
I'm guessing his downfield passing game forced defenders to haul arse out of the box to get back, and between his ability to recognize a legitimate running opportunity, first step to escape the tackle box, flush whatever poor bastard is supposed to be trying to stop that, and then kick in the jets at the next level, made stopping his long scrambles nearly impossible. Sometimes no one was even in the screen shot with him he got so much separation.

That McAfee guy is just damned near insufferable. If he would turn it from an 11 to a 5 and stop talking about clothes he might would be tolerable.
