No you just bitch and whine, then act like you don't.
That's your story, and it's well known on this forum.

I could not agree more. That catch and Tre Morgan's Play will forever live in my head.

Since you are afraid to even give an answer:
Josh Pearson SEC Stats: .235/.324/.357

As Doc Ock said in Spiderman No Way Home, "Boy, I don't have to answer y your stupid questions." I have pretty much proven my point and your irrelevant useless information doesn't change that. Not to mention BTW that Jay Johnson specifically said that Pearson is batting cleanup because he is a clutch hitter. BTW, I notice you didn't break down every at bat that Pearson had against SEC pitching...give up the situations with men on base, the score at the moment, did he hit a sacrifice fly for example which doesn't count as a hit, etc, etc, etc. You tried to distill it down to 3rd grade stats and you came across...as a 3rd grader. Like I have always said, BY FAR the worst poster on this board. You have no common sense and would argue with a brick wall for attention. I feel sorry for you...I really do. You are pitiful.

Lester- where do you get the RISP stats? I have tried to look for that before for others.
I’ll accept my downvotes bc I don’t think Pearson is as clutch as others and OP think he is bc I never thought the numbers supported it.
I really like Pearson. He’s a Louisiana guy and he seems to be loved by his teammates. He’s certainly valuable to the team. So I’m certainly not shitting on him. He has come up in big situations. But when you are batting sub .250 with the second lowest OBP on the team, I think any hit seems big. Several guys on the team have come up huge more often in big moments. But we don’t notice it bc we expect Tanks and Bear and others did it all the time. So when they do the same, it’s bc they are supposed to do it.

Thank you earl. Pearson is absolute garbage. Just because he made a couple of plays that people remember doesn’t make him”clutch”. He sucks and should be looking to transfer to Sister Mary Catherine’s School for the Blind to play his senior year. Hopefully his brother is better.

There are 27 crucial outs in a game. If all those plays are not made the game could be lost.
There are any number of pitches and walks or hit batters that change innings. Every pitch and play in a game is crucial to the outcome and can win or lose games.
There is nothing spectacular about Pearsons game, he is an average SEC baseball player.

Billy, I computed these myself through game logs. I’m not aware of individual RISP stats being available
I personally like Pearson & hope he can be more consistent in his 4year. Good teams need solid, experienced players like him.

You don't have to trust me. Trust Jay Johnson...trust the DandyDon website...trust what the broadcasters say at games...trust the history of what Pearson has done. Guy, throwing a bunch of spaghetti at the wall like you do and hope something sticks isn't working.
Oh, and you lost ALL credibility when you said that is no such thing as a clutch individual batter...at all. Do you even keep up with sports. There are clutch performers in all sports...baseball...football...basketball...even guys in golf who perform better than most under pressure. Like I keep saying, you are far and away the most useless and ignorant poster on this entire forum. I have said that since I started posting here and you confirm it with every post you make. God, this forum really, really needs a Block or Ignore button!

Wow you have actually made over 6000 posts. Thank God I have missed almost all of them. Too bad I ran across this one. What a total waste of bandwidth your post was.

what's the average age of the daily dandy don reader? 55-60?
________
Most older fans have more knowledge than younger ones, including sports knowledge. What is your point?

Lester is not clueless about baseball. He likes to make statements to intentionally rile up people. That's his thing. But he follows a lot of baseball. His football comments are worse. Lol.

Do you think Pearson made multiple clutch plays and had clutch at bats this year?
His stats were not great, but he played a significant part of several wins. Agree?

I have refuted the spaghetti. I gave the long list quoted from DandyDon listing the specific times Pearson either won games by key hits before the last AB or walked off with one. I also asked for SPECIFIC AB info from SEC games...not generalities which don't tell the situations such as scores when the AB occured, etc. I also brought up an example that I know happened when Pearson tied the game with a solo HR and that is not included in RISP avg. I also brought up sacrifice flies which also don't count as hits. Etc etc, etc. You keep repeating the same old 3rd grade caliber stats that prove absolutely nothing. I could give other exemptions other the ones I just stated.
Once again, you are a totally useless poster who spews out stupid message after stupid message. No wonder you get so many downvotes. The worst poster on this forum and by a long shotl.
