it seems like almost every year we have trouble getting our stud pitching recruits ready to play meaningful innings!

injuries are a part of sports. Bryce Jordan had a freak accident before the start of last season and tore his ACL. Broussard was hit by a pitch against Vandy and broke his hand. Walker tore his UCL at the CWS. Smith had a stress reaction in his back. Sometimes shite happens and it's no one's fault.

I'm not sure what games you have been watching for years, but that hasn't been the case at all.

At least I got my blows in! Time will tell! I hope you Mainieri lovers are right. I don't care who the coach is. I just want to see the Tigers compete at a high level. That didn't happen against USC.

Maneri is a jackass but check out his head coaching record. He won at ND -- went to the CWS with ND for goodness sake. And, when he showed up at LSU we sucked bad, really bad. Smoke left the dugout with a bunch of non SEC level players. Check back at Paul's 1st year -- it was a great coaching job given his talent.
Did he make a mistake by hiring his "Yes" men all around him? Yes. Will he change at the end of the year? I sure hope so.
