It's an LSU vs AM rematch per tie breaker rules.

I love it.

So, we'd have to hope this is how it plays out, because if Texas beats AM, then it's Texas and UGA since AM beat LSU.

I think we'd beat the fricking brakes off of A&M in a rematch.

But they aren't good enough to win out.

I’d rather not play in the SEC championship. Also LSU isn’t winning out

Conference championship games need to be done away with now that there’s a 12 team playoff. We’ve all seen enough by the end of the regular season to determine who should be in, and a team should never be punished for making a CCG and losing, only to be jumped by a team that didn’t even play in one.

I told myself last week that we would lose to Bama if we beat AM.

I think with how important home field advantage is this year that we can definitely win out. Baker has two weeks to prep for Milroe.. Zy will shut down their WR

South Carolina beats the faggies this week.

You do realize that WR is 17 years old, right?

Vanderbilt came to within 3!
That stadium will be rocking for that game.
If it was to be played in Texas, I would go along with your assessment

It would be the most aTm thing ever for them to lose to South Carolina this week

Not according to this scenario calculator. If LSU wins out, they are in the SEC championship game no matter what, at least according to every scenario I have run. Who their opponent would be is TBD. A&M is in even if they drop a game.

ETA…unless Ten beats UGA and Tex beats A&M

2nd ETA…this is highly contingent on the favorites winning the games that don’t involve the teams in the tie. Looks like the calculator defaults to that.

Not the exact scenario as above but to your point, Bama definitely benefitted by not playing in CCG in 2011 w/ rested players etc.

I found ONE scenario in which we don’t make it. If A&M, Texas, Tennessee and LSU. all finish with one loss then it’ll be Texas versus A&M

LSU is out if Tennessee beats Georgia and Texas beats A&M according to that

Looks like if Georgia beats Tennessee then LSU is in no matter what else happens if LSU wins out.

Ah you’re right, I didn’t catch that one.
