However, the state will require masks at all schools: Early childhood education centers, k-12 campuses and colleges and universities. In addition, masks will still be required at health care facilities, on public transit, and in state government buildings.

Is this a fact? I haven’t seen any info about this weekend
They plan to release more info tomorrow. As long as the governor doesn’t tell them differently, the plan is for 100% capacity this weekend.

That will change from month to month. As more people are vaccinated the rules will change like they just did. Faucci said today no masks outdoors for smaller social groups and mask still for crowds like stadiums. You can probably bet that by the end of July should see most people vaccinated, at least enough for herd immunity and the end of any restrictions.

#LSU is meeting with the governor Wednesday to get information and clarification about what this all means for Tiger Stadium and other #LSU sporting events, per @ThePRobReport. There should be some information to share with fans around lunchtime.
I hope they send Mulkey

So I can sit 6 inches next to a random at Tiger Stadium but God forbid I sit within 3 seats of someone at the PMAC
You just have to laugh at the absurdity of it
Correct. Just like there is a complete absence of COVID risk once you sit at a table at a restaurant. Magical tables.

The replies and quote tweets are whats wrong with this country. If you want to wear a mask, wear a frickin mask. If you want the vax, get the vax. No body is stopping you from either. I just got back from Talladega this past weekend, and boy i missed the frick out of packed events.

Only 2 months too late, give up the stupid mask shite it’s sweating balls weather. No one wants that shite on out in the sun
For the 9 downvotes, masks do absolutely no good outside. Your god, the CDC, even admitted this recently. It’s science!

I would think that's the case? If I understood correct there are 0 restrictions on outdoor events
But I think the mask requirements extend to colleges. I guess they're trying to figure out if the stadium counts for that.

Baseball will be 100% if they make the postseason
Didn't the NCAA recently say all spring sports championships will be 50% capacity, regardless of what the current rules are for the place where the event is being held?
