Outdoor sporting events have no capacity limit according to LA Gov comms

The state of Louisiana and @LADeptHealth still recommend that people follow CDC masking guidance.

So I can sit 6 inches next to a random at Tiger Stadium but God forbid I sit within 3 seats of someone at the PMAC
