There’s no doubt in my mind. Barring freak injury or unprecedented collapse, he’s gone. He’s on pace for 45 or more TDs passing.
I could maybe see him returning if LSU is in the CFP and he feels like one more year can win a title plus boost draft stock similar to Ewers

Trap game? No it wasn't - not even close
Short week? One day. Makes no difference, especially against an FCS opponent we should easily beat with zero days of practice

They're called reasons not excuses. It was definitionally a short week made even shorter. A game after a big game and before starting SEC play is definitionally a trap game. The only thing debatable there is jetlag.
