Yea it makes a debate or discussion a debate or discussion.
Otherwise you have someone to tell you to like someone because they said so.
That’s where my problem lies.
If you think that is all I post about, you’re cherry picking and you obviously didn’t research my history enough.

My point is that even threads about players turn into threads about coaches just because frick O. It's dumb and makes the board suck.

I never said that. It's mostly justice, but you always back them regardless of the thread subject.

Hes actually credited with 31-33. Got to count the 12-4 record as interim head coach. So if he goes 8-4 he will go above .500.

There's a thread on the recruiting board right now that has devolved into a pissing match between myself another poster because he just couldn't avoid bringing up "hating Orgeron" and "not real fans" in a thread that had nothing to do with either.
Don't blame this shite on just one side of the table.

An interim coach, in general, takes way more chances trying to get the job vs trying to keep the job. I think that was pretty clear to see with Orgeron the last 2 years.
I get that some people feel that way, but apparently the NCAA doesn't.
You could also state the case that a team that had their coach fired is also a team that has already mentally lost and/or may not be very talented so if the coach can step in and make them perform better than their predecessor it may actually be a more impressive achievement.
If you discount interim then you invite the winning with the other coach's players argument that some have given to Les' success which I also think is a bit ridiculous.
You can certainly say interim is different, but a win is a win regardless of how someone feels. Not taking a shot at you, I actually like your posts. Just adding a different perspective.

It's pretty ridiculous. You would think people could have an adult conversation about sports of all things. Instead you have people that get all pissy and lash out when someone intelligently challenged their opinions.

Coach O was awful at Ole Miss. I was against his hiring. He has had a couple of monumental screw ups at LSU like Troy and miss st, and he deserved criticism for those things. All that said though, he hasnt been bad with recruiting or coaching hires in my opinion. We had to address some holes more than we needed to win a recruiting title. And other than Ensminger, who is no where near as bad as he is being made out to be, the hires have been impressive. We could be pretty good this fall with a little luck.......and if the wheels do fall off it will probably lead to a chain reaction that is good for LSU long term. So all is not lost.

They're there. I went back 5 pages and got bored. I call out the vocal minority, which right now happens to be the sky screamers that are all about never O in every thread, regardless of content.
