Despite what most LSU fans think, and even before this onslaught of commitments recently, LSU has a lot of things still going for it. Our staff & administration are painting LSU in a great light and let's hope it continues to pay off. Better players will result in better results on the field

And a better coach will result in better players which in turn creates better results.

Coach O's career at LSU is all I care about and hoping for improvement this year considering we added Georgia to the schedule.
We didn’t add UGA you freaking Moron, it’s the normal rotation like when LSU had to play them twice one year - once during the regular season and for the SEC championship.
This is a typical response from a poster that believes that someone outside of the Morons Alexander and Alleva would hire him as a head coach.
Based on your shitty point, we should have never fired Miles because his past performance didn’t count or his recent performance in 2015 (#5 SOS) with the same record (less the McNese State game) against harder competition as O had last season (#30) doesn’t count.
Miles needed to be fired to bring in an ELITE HEAD COACH and whet does those 2 do? Bring in a PROVEN FAILURE.

Where did you learn to do math?

I changed his prediction to 8-4 from 7-5 and forgot to correct everything. I do believe it will be a 7-5 season tho. 8-4 is his ceiling.

Yes Georgia is in the SEC East and this is their year to play LSU in the regular season. So we added Georgia this year to our schedule and should have went into more detail and assumed people knew this was not a permanent add and part of the rotation.

Improvement over last year would be 10-2 regular season over last year and as a LSU fan I am pulling for a successful season and improvement.

Go back and read my post and it plainly states that I was not in favor of the coach O hire. If coach O is fired and we hire another coach hopefully Alleva will go first like Jeff Long at Arkansas and you get your wish. Alexander may stay so you won't be totally happy, and I will still not be in favor of hiring a coach with a 30 million dollar buyout or 70 million like A&M just did.

Actually the evidence has showed that when he has the right personnel in place, he has not been a bad coach. Since Ole Miss he has a 72 percent winning rate winning 21 out of 29. He probably allowed 2-3 to get away definitely the bowl game against ND and the Florida game in 2016.

Not saying he's a great or legendary coach but you take the Ole Miss experience out and his record is more tan serviceable..........need more than serviceable, but he's shown he's not a disaster

If a coach keeps winning 8-9 games a year, you are not going to see revenue slip all that much if at all. Win 10 and you might see a bump. The only appreciable revenue bump is if LSU makes the playoff.

Every team below the rank of #4 or #5 to 25 is stuck on revenue overall.

WTF are you talking about? We DID NOT add UGA AND I guarantee you EVERYONE on here knows our schedule and the SEC rules around scheduling except you before I called you out on it.

I mean, we've just beat this overall record thing to death. All that matters is winning. The first step is recruiting.
