The jackals are trying to slime him out of his job and his high standing in his profession.

Getting slapped up side of the head with multi-million dollar defamation suits is the only thing these clowns understand.

Lin Wood is busy, but his office will know who the toughest bastards in the jungle are.

Worth every penny, Coach... times a thousand.

If so, that will make the lawsuit even stronger.

Great idea then he could be deposed and have to hand over relevant cell phone and email data. Sure that would play out well for him.

Some would say he “slimed” his way into this job.

Karma!

The Briles case is proving to be bullshite, this case has way way less smoke around it nationally. LSU better get their shite together if they plan on firing O with cause.

Pretty sure Louisiana has anti-SLAPP laws

on what basis?

There is another rumor or two with Coach O that haven't made their way to the board yet, and if they did would be deleted with swiftness. I'm sure LSU is looking into them.

you do know that he doesn’t have to have participated or cover anything up himself to be fired for Title IX cause?

he literally only had to know that an allegation existed and not tell the Title IX office.
He can’t do his own investigations first either. Title IX has to be the first call.
even if the allegation is complete bullshite, he is legally obligated to report it.

there is almost no grey area on that front rules wise.

There are just too many bad circumstances surrounding the football program and athletic department right now. To be fair, Not all of them are O’s fault. A lot of them are totally out of his control.

While I’ve grown fond of Coach O, I also realize the reality that a “program reset” may be the only option they are left with to put out multiple fires with one swing. I’m not saying I necessarily agree or disagree with O potentially getting fired, I’m just saying I totally understand that it’s certainly an option on the table in order to get the program (and department) out from under the black cloud and start the recovery/rebuild process.

LSU football is big business. Woodward and others are charged with navigating these circumstances to mitigate damage to LSU and ensure that we have a successful future. While O getting fired will be tough for many to swallow, it may very well be the most efficient/economical way to get past all this nonsense and allow the program to mend its own wounds.

Orgeron holds every major National Coach of the Year trophy.

Stop your idiotic gaslighting.

What EXACTLY are you accusing him of that warrants firing. Your group is leading the 'fire O' campaign, right?
