Yes we should all listen to what YOU say instead of our coach. And what SEC school were you the head football coach in the past?

Yeah, okay.
You think elite high school kids are giving this site any thought?
I have inlaws that are athletes in high school, as well as D1 baseball/softball players in the family, and none of them have heard of this site.

Nothing in his career shows he has advanced intelligence. That's why he was always a positional coach b/c he didn't have the chops to install/run a defense.
He's not that guy. That's why he has to completely rely on smart people actually running the scheme and analysis of the game. This can work as long as he never makes a mistake hiring coaches, but he hasn't shown that he's exactly consistent or great at this, either.
IT's also why he needs to avoid micro-managing and let his coaches coach. They are usually going to be smarter than him. He has admitted this was his downfall at Ole Miss but then you get the Canada situation and quotes like this from SEC Media Days that scare the shite out of me:

Do it the way I want. That's it. If it's not done the way I want, I'm going to fix it.

I know for a fact players on the roster check this site out and actually frick with each other about what is being said on here.
I don't have time to go digging, but they've said that in interviews before basically and I've heard the same on the radio from former players.
I don't care what's said on here though, not my argument, just saying we do know current players read it. It's only human nature to want to know what others think of you.

ook, 2019 was glorious and O gets credit for bringing in Burrow and Brady, but we're concerned that it was an anomaly.
A one-off year with a generational QB and great young offensive mind isn't "building a program." It's the stars aligning for a magical 15 games.
Just ask Gene Chizik, when he had Cam and Gus for Auburn's NC season. It all went to shite after that.
2017 9-4
2018 10-3
2019 15-0
2020 5-5
What I see is a three year upwards trajectory. Wouldn't 2020 be the anomaly?
I think O deserves a fair share of criticism for poorly navigating 2020, but staff turnover, losing 17/22 starters and COVID/opt out/social justice effects created a pretty monumental challenge.
The Pelini hire, verbal missteps and seemingly getting distracted post-NC are squarely on him.
I think with O there are always going to be great moments mixed with SMH ones. I do believe he can get LSU back in the hunt again though.

So just exactly what do you want him to say? Our defense won't be as good? Our defense will suck? Coaches just can't do that. Want a team to lose faith in their coach have him shite all over his players.

Well if he’s so dumb as y’all claim he’s only hurting us by doing that too.
Not true, because of how much CFB relies on recruiting, intelligence isn't always the best attribute.
Saban isn't the smartest coach (but he's real smart and miles ahead of O), but he is the best recruiter.

This is not a hot topic and one that does not interest me this close to kickoff. In other word i dont fukenmcare what coach calls this offense. This s equal to women gossiping.

Joe Brady is just running Joe Moorehead’s offense
Isn’t anything magical it’s just that burrow was that good and he had 3 1st round picks at WR and RB

I think most people agreed Brady had a bigger impact than what O said. It was obvious with him immediately having amazing jobs thrown at him. I still don’t understand why O wanted to mislead us on that fact.

What does it matter???? We don’t have an RB that can do what Clyde did….

Normally I'd lean on potential to address this post but you're right. It's time for TDP or Emery to take the reins are run away with the RB1 job.

We didn't know Clyde could do what he did in 2019 until he did.

We wasted all that talent in 2018 with E's pedestrian offense.

We need to just have a good offense. Saban manages to get elite OCs and keep rolling. We need to start doing that regardless whose name it is.
