That seems to be a reasonable conclusion.

I love LSU football and I will have O over for a BBQ if we win the west. Not seeing a hell of a lot of difference between Les and O at this time doesn't speak to me wanting LSU to fail.

That's just rubbish thrown out by those who don't like to be disagreed with such as you.

Thanks for confirming what I already knew ben.

Roger, you don't have to act like you're unbiased. Ben outed you.

That you want failure

Ben agrees

If you don't like people believing that, then perhaps stop being perpetually a downer. You're judged precisely on your posting history and it's logical to assume you hope Orgeron fails.

Ben agrees that the idea of people not agreeing with him wanting failure is a rational mindset.

If you want to believe it, believe it. That doesn't make your thought process rational.

Who in their right mind would spend time trying to convince irrational people (like you and ben) of anything?

If someone like Freaxzen came out and said I was out of line with my thinking, then I would really re-evaluate my positions because I respect him. You and ben, not so much.

As usual I think your comprehension failed you.

The only thing we have to go on is your post history. It's no stretch to say you want O to fail

He's agreeing that claiming that you want O to fail based on your posting history is fair.

You always get upset if someone doesn't blame.O personally
Constantly downplay anything related to his team
Rag on his judgement, recruiting, decisions
Call any positive poster a "sychophant"

Yes, it's logical

Right, because he's on "your team" and I disagree with you.

I'll say this, you're very consistent in your dislikes ke for the head coach. Everyone knows where you stand

If successful enough I think O has his dream job and no worries about him bolting for another school at this point in his career.

I’m all for O succeeding and winning a lot of games at LSU, but are there really still people out there who think LSU is his dream job?

I dislike O. I also dislike Saban. But you conflate dislike with a desire for failure.

I had no problem setting aside my personal dislike for Saban because he won at LSU and created a winning culture.
I would love for O to do the same. Do I think it likely? No, not at a championship level.

If he goes 11-1 or better this year, that changes things completely. Even a 10-2 regular season with a bowl win would indicate some progress.

My concern is that O will never be held to the same standard as the previous coach who was fired because Alleva has a yes man, and he and people like you will always say the program is improving even if the results on the field show otherwise.

Let’s just hope the records do improve and we all win.

Guess what? As with when Saban was here, that stops when he increases the wins.

Funny how that works.
