Him being a marine has nothing to do with the fight...if he was in uniform it would be different but we've all gotten in fights before and thats the last think you think of.

Another difference between the two situations is that Cliff Harris was pulled over doing 118 mph. It's a factual statement. Jordan Jefferson and Co. allegedly got into said bar fight. Were they involved? Most likely yes. Has that been proven and charges filed? No... Not yet. CLM wants all the facts before making a decision, I see no problem with this.

This.
I've seen more then my fair share of marines do a number on some poor bastard at a bar. I've seen lots of badasses honk their horn as an excuse to start shite with whomever they were honking at.
This could very well be a case of a bunch of wannabe badasses biting off a bit more than they could chew.
