Biggest weakness of the team. Special teams have gotten significantly better.

Where do you think Clapp would go?

You're so edgy man. God forbid anyone discuss the football team on the football board.

Anyone with two eyes and a brain can see the OL has underwhelmed the last three years.

I would hope new coach Matt Canada would also contribute some solid input on offensive line play, techniques and personnel, as needed.

This would include insuring that the left tackle who is the most effective and productive would get the starting nod. This would include Austin Deculus, Toby Weathersby, Maea Teuhema, K.J. Malone and others capable of playing there. Each one deserves a fair look.

Deculus has been told he will first get a look at LT, then LG...

I'm convinced that Miles had his hand in everything, including the Oline. By the time he got canned it was too late to get guys in their best spots. I'd like to see Grind with one more chance without Miles.

Oline was the biggest issue today but guice still got his yards.

I must only watch Pocic on his bad plays because that dude looks nothing like a first rounder to me.

I don't watch the O-line play enough to say, and so many folks pimp him I will have to defer to those who analyze such things for a living that he is a quality O-Line.

The only time I really noticed him was against Auburn where that big D-Lineman of there's was consistently driving him 5 yards into the backfield. I'm told he wasn't 100% that game.

That's what I am curious about if Miles meddled with the O line like we suspect he did everything else. Then we can really judge Grimes fairly until next season.

Poor to fair. Either that or Louisville's defensive line is top notch.

Our O-Line got manhandled for most of the game.

I thought Weathersby was one of our better OL before he got hurt. I didn't see much of him today which means he was doing his job.

Malone, Teheuma, Pocic all whiffed on blocks. We need better LT play bad. There were few holes for Guice today. He fought for yards that weren't there.

Part of it was Louisville stacking the line and Canada's O should fix some of that. We rarely attacked the edge which may have been due to something we saw on film, but it would have opened the middle more.

Pocic was terrible.
He single handedly fricked up both screens we ran, each of which would have been tds had he done his job.

They did a decent job. We got the win. But Teheauma and Malone get beat too much. I wanna see some tenacity from our o-line

Score would have been worse with better O-Line play. For the most part they did not control the line of scrimmage. Running game never got going outside of the long run. Once again, Etling didn't have a lot of time to throw for most of the day. This has been the norm for most of the year.

Pocic whiffed several times today preventing big gains. He should have been at LT all year, Clapp at C and you still have a stack of really good guards.

It was going to be hard to run the ball, because Louisville was taking that away with nine and ten man fronts. The pass protection was not that good. Mau Tehema really needs to get quicker or simple move inside. I think Grimes is doing a good job, but we must continue to expand our OL recruiting base throughout the US. We need to get into the Midwest and Northeast and get some of those huge guys up there.

People keep saying g Florida. We had 400+ yards. Until donte gave up that pathetic 98 yard touchdown, we would have outgained them almost 3-1. Still had a lot more yards. Damn Jackson and guice that game.
