Opinions on Pitching Going Forward

What starting rotation would you like to see going forward and who do you think are the 3 most reliable bullpen arms?
I'll start with a rotation of Skenes/Floyd/Money. The 3 arms that should be relied on most out of the bullpen are Guidry, Herring, and Coleman.

Money
We have Skenes and Floyd for starters. We just don’t have a third starter. To close a tournament game, even a three inning close, I would use Guidry.
After that, it’s just a crap shoot. The guys you mentioned - Herring and Coleman - are as good a guess as any. But Ack, Hurd, Little give similar chances. Throwing any of them out there is like throwing a hand grenade up in the air - it could wipe out the enemy or it could wipe out the good guys.

So like today, who would you start? If Money is able to go out there, consistently throw strikes for 4-5 innings and give up 2 homeruns, why wouldn't you take that?

I think we are now in a position where there’s no point in laughing at someone for their opinion on the 3rd starter. When there are no relatable options left to man that spot, what’s the point?

Rush someone back from injury

Up until last night, Ack would have been in the top tier of relievers. I think he will still be fine, he just had an off night.
Hurd looked to be turning the corner too, but apparently not.
While Money has been on an upswing, I don’t know if expanding his role is the right move. Let him keep doing what he’s doing and get 1-3 good innings out of him, anywhere from 6 to 15 batters.
Today will be telling on Coleman. How does he bounce back from down velo and command struggles from last week? If that was just a normal dead arm thing, we will be okay there. If it wasn’t, that’s concerning.

At this point, I would take a Sunday start from Money with 4 IP, 3 R, 2 HR in a heartbeat.

It doesn't matter we have no relief pitchers.

This is false and adds nothing to the discussion.
We have a lot of relievers who have flashed over the course of the season. The problem has been consistency.

I’m coming to a conclusion that CJJ doesn’t know how to evaluate pitchers. In the two years he’s been here to not have but two reliable pitchers on the team is absurd. How can you bring in as many pitchers as he has done the last two recruiting cycles and have mediocre to terrible pitching I don’t get it.

My Q to guys like 2294, etc., is why do we have 5 guys hurt? What is the Johnson boys going to do going forward to address this? Are they over working these guys? Should they get a week off during the season to rest those young arms?
I am not interested in "other teams have this problem" answers.
I want the plan going forward from the Johnson's.
Thanks.

His pitching at Arizona wasn't great. They got to the CWS in 2021 on offense, but it caught up with them in Omaha (0-2).

Then you’re not going to get an answer.

Whats more concerning is if coleman doesnt pitch today. Ive seen almost every viable option warm up this weekend minus him and little. Hopefully he is okay

None of these relievers are consistent. Guidry was good v Auburn poor v Bama. Herring poor v Auburn good.v Bama. Coleman good v Bama and poor v Auburn.
Our problem is other than Skenes none of our pitchers are good consistently in back to back to back outings. Yesterday’s hero becomes tomorrow’s goat.
It’s a tremendous problem and I do not seeing it improving.

What pitching injuries have we had? I know Shores. Curious if those guys were reliable. I haven't been able to watch much earlier in the year
