You just created a narrative to whine about. You're already making up excuses for people, for next year.

When the supply for reasons to complain about "pampers" exceeds demand, you've got a problem.

Another fabricated narrative.

TigerLunitik - You are being dishonest by omitting context. I was referring specifically to LSU's failure to provide an area and a sufficient number of machines for receivers to easily get 100 minimum Jugs reps daily - 365 days a year (like the Big Boys do).

All of us expect moves to pay off this year with a record that reflects that. I think the difference is what exactly people think is required for the moves to be viewed as paying off, and what record reflects that.

I believe a 10-2 regular season record with a quality bowl win reflects improvement and I would be happy with it. Others want 11-1. I don’t think anyone wants to be stagnant or regress, it’s just the definition of improvement in question.

Except that the Bashers don't really expect it - they DEMAND it - and replacing O is what they also DEMAND if O "fails" to reach 11-1.

Silly Boys.

He has won exactly...nothing. Until then, it doesn't matter who he hires or recruits.

While I understand what you mean by this, a NY6 bowl game win isn’t nothing.

You’re right, but it also doesn’t mean as much as it did prior to the CFP.

I certainly wouldn't DEMAND replacing O with a 10-2 regular season. Point is, at some point the program has to take that next step forward and there are quite a few things that have aligned this season which should point to this being as good a time as ever to take that next step. A failure to take that next step this season would be a big disappointment in my eyes. Again, 10-2 shouldn't put O on the chopping block. But I, and I assume many others, likely will have lost a lot of faith in his ability to lead us back to a championship. I mean, unless 10-2 = SEC West Champs.

10-2 got us a national championship in 07. I see some similarities between the 2 teams.

Even when I'm honest and give Orgeron praise you say I'm being dishonest and "playing good cop" so what's the difference here? You have your concerns, I have mine. I guess we are both pressuring in our own ways.

Close losses to UT and UF with a win at Bama, and things could get really interesting.

I just wouldn’t want to have to depend on other teams losing.

It did and that's why I have that caveat. But let's not act like that wasn't an outlier. Losing 2 conference games more than likely won't win us anything of note this year.

Even the elite coaches lose games they shouldn't. As we said before, it takes a certain amount of luck to do that. Only 1 or maybe 2 coaches do this at the P5 level every year. I will never understand the "championship or bust" mentality or the 11 wins or failure mentality. Now, if we lose 2 games and one is in the same manner as the ND game, then we can talk about failure or disappointing.

But if you want to make this a featured issue again, I'm all in.

And you are dishonest when you call me an O basher and claiming that I'm only playing "good cop" and calling me a liar. We both have our concerns.

Sorry, bro. I won't say anything else on the issue.
