I don’t know much about the incoming guys but it looks good to me!

Excited to see Willis, he had a good summer
Hoping to see a healthy filthy Hilliard too!

How quickly do you think Hampton breaks into the starting lineup?

That's a solid guess.

Idk if they will be throwing out a lefty or righty. That could change the lineup some.

I would bet all those players are a safe assumption to start except for:

LF - between Willis/Dugas/Bianco (right/left match up could come into play).

Then DH, with the above three plus Travinski thrown in.

Oh, and depending on Garza's health, Travinski/Milazzo. I don't know if Garza was supposed to come back 100% starting tomorrow though.

Starting? Or just playing?

I’d imagine he’ll get his shots during midweek games, but does he have a shot to unseat anyone.

Sure he does. He is an exceptional talent. It will all depend on how fast he can get up to speed with baseball. He is going to be behind everybody else, because of football.

That outfield is going to be very crowded. The ones starting will have to produce. If they don't, there will be some tinkering with the lineup out there (Mainieri does this anyway). When Hampton gets his shot, if he makes the most of the opportunity, he will play.

You'd have to think that Cabrera is probably the only player who has little, to no, chance of coming out of the lineup in the OF.

I don’t think there’s much chance of Gio coming out of the lineup with his speed

But again, I don’t know a lot about the new guys so I could be wrong

I’m just ready for the season to start to see what everyone can do

I’m really excited to see what impact Eddie Smith has on these guys. Gio especially since his speed on the basepaths is such a weapon.

Gonna be the biggest LSU Team since 2009. Paul has re-shaped the roster with the new balls. Get ready, this team is better than their rankings

Forgive my ignorance, but they are changing the balls again? Didn’t they change them like 5 years ago?

Zac Arnold will be the starting shortstop not Hughes. If he isn’t I will be surprised but Arnold will be in the starting infield regardless, 2nd base perhaps.

If he can practice...but until then.

The fact that some of you call yourselves Tiger "fans", then continue to shite on this kid is kinda sickening, to be honest.
