There’s some serious mental gymnastics going on tonight. Wade had rosters loaded with NBA talent here and couldn’t win shite. But he cheered with the student section and had smartass interviews so he built quite a little cult.

Yeah, I would much rather have no NBA talent and not make the tournament and instead lose at home in round 1 of the NIT. Much better experience and much better for the program.

Uh, you know there is a difference between being competitive against a #5 seed and getting blown out from beginning to end. If this was a boxing match, it would have been stopped well before halftime. So yeah, it depends on the play in the game. On offense, McNeese played street ball.
