Means a lot coming from a guy that simply starts threads to stir up crap.

And it's "a-hole."

I'm still not over that game... That game kind of changed me as a fan. I had so much anticipation and was so pumped to watch it... Then I had zero to cheer for and had to sit through hundreds of my friends and co-workers, and even people I don't know out here, sly remarks and shite. It was the worst game I've ever seen, I don't want to think about it, hear about it, or read about it. I've actually not watched ESPN or sports outside of the Saints game since then. Yeah, I may be taking it a little extreme but I seriously felt let down and disappointed enough that I take offense to it haha.

And it's not the losing part, I feel like we didn't even show up... Didn't even fight for a win. Not one point after that first drive did I feel like we had a chance to win. I hate sports haha

Something else that I feel like made it worse is how much I felt like we deserved it and how much we stood to lose... We were being talked up as possibly one of the greatest college football teams ever, we dominated one of the hardest schedules you'll ever see, including the team we had to face in the last game, and then it was just the end of the road. Just like that. Season over.

I almost feel like it would've hurt less if we already had a loss going into it..maybe so expectations wouldn't have been so high

1. the BCS system failed and it was at LSU's expense.

2. losing faith in Les again hurts to no end.

Thank goodness LSU is 0-3 in final fours, or I would feel really lousy.

I don't know why I bother clicking on this type of drool.

Just picturing the Tigers w/ 3 BCS titles and it feels good they are within grasp.

Real good shot in the next couple years.

I left the Dome and wasn't angry or upset, just depressed because the team/staff didn't show up.

I think this is a great way to express how I felt too...

Losing I could have handled. Having Bama take us from behind and jail rape us on national television while our coach refused to give a player his well deserved chance, I can't.

I feared a loss was likely after seeing the winner of the regular season game only won 6 of the 19 previous re-matches in bowls. Plus, the Nov. 5 game was very tight & 1 play going differently would've turned the W to an L. I'm never going to forget the recycled game plan which clearly wasn't going to work starting in the 1st qtr. Plus, the refusal to give Lee a shot. Miles phoned in 5 weeks of prep time & stubbornly refused to deviant from it when it was failing horribly.

If LSU had been competitive, most people would have had a decent reaction and be over it in a few days. LSU really was dominated and never looked to be in the game or even threaten Bama til late.

It will be a low mark 20 years from now. In a year most will be over it, but will not forget it.

As in scoring. LSU had a decent shot at a TD.

Because I've never seen a head coach simply concede the game in the third quarter, while he still had weapons in his arsenal. Les gave up and the whole team paid the price for his stubborn act. The Mad Hatter? Yeah, right!
