very true....

i havent really forgiven him for the ole miss and tennesse debacles....this was over the top, as good as he is at recruiting and running the show, most of the time anyway, i actually would like to get a new coach, ive lost all confidence in the man and sometimes when that happens parties need to go their seperate ways because the damage is too much....I think its aready affecting recruiting and its widely known that les is not an elite coach....he had his chance vs Saban to solitify it and to have it never questioned again....the teams were even as far as athletically, fact is we were outcoached by a mile. Miles butthole puckered and he gave in...unexceptable for 4 mill a year... His personnel decisions alone make me cringe...I can see some things plain as day but he cant?...if we win it all next year its because Bama and Saban were down...Thats what that game did to him..

Yeah, it's called closing your eyes to the facts in order to find a way to validate your opinion.

JJ led offense was beyond vomit

But yet from Bama to Ga it gained more yards a game and scored as many points a game as we did in our 1st 8 games.

Wake up and smell the coffee.

I don't know why so many LSU fans believe we will be in the BCS game next season. We've lost some talented players on offense and defense. I'm not sold on Les correcting the errors committed in this years BCS game.

It takes a lot of talent, sound coaching and luck to get to the BCS. We have the talent, but we need to come up with the other two items to get there.

WTH does this even mean? What two items?

I'm assuming you're referring to offense and defense?

I had to take this from Springlake Tiger's post, he's on point with this:

quote:

Punter: Brad Wing
Kicker: Drew Alleman

Offense:

OL: Chris Faulk, Josh D., PJ Lonergan, Josh Williford, Alex Hurst
QB: Zach Mettenberger
WR: Russell Shepard, Odell Beckham, Jarvis Landry
TE: Chase Clement
RB: Kenny Hilliard
FB: JC Copeland

Defense:

DE: Barkevious Mingo, Sam Montgomery
DT: Bennie Logan, Anthony Johnson
LB: Kevin Minter, Lamin Barrow, Tahj Jones
S: Craig Loston, Eric Reid
CB: Tyrann Mathieu, Tharold Simon

And I'll add in to the RB position Ware, Blue, Ford, Magee, Hill

TE You can also add in Travis Dickson.

Put all that up against any team, SEC or not, and it won't work out well for that team.

I'm astonished by how many debbie downers there are that are calling themselves "fans."

Yeah, Les never corrects anything. He got the team to 13-1 by sheer luck. Just like you were scratching off a lottery ticket. That's how some of you "fans" make it sound.

Move. On.

Some of this crap is just too funny.

You don't know if we have the coaching to get to the BCSCG when our coaching has gotta us there twice in the last 5 years...that right.

This is what our coaching/players/luck has done since 2005:

Finish nationally ranked #1, #2, #3, #5, #8, and #17. Win 3 west titles, 2 SEC titles, and more games than any BCS program in allllllll of college football.

But yet, we have a want to crap on players or coaches who have given us the greatest 7 year period in LSU history cause we played poorly in a BCSCG.

No, we haven't become to spoiled or ungrateful.

Screw you dumbass. We fans want our Tigers perform at a high level, and when our incompetent coach does not prepare them or have a descent enough game plan to be competitive in the most important game in LSU football history, it gets us fans, and especially LSU alums like myself, pissed off and wanting answers, which we still and never will get, except for "we thought Jefferson could handle the pash rush better, so we kept him in." Fans have the right to cheer the Tigers on in great times and be pissed off and bitch about it in other times, especially at the level and incompetency that it happened.

All Miles had to do was not give up and try different players and different plays, and even if we would have gotten beat worse than 21-0 because of it, then we would have peace of mind that at least we would have tried.

Playing Ole Miss, W. Kentucky and Arkansas will help any offense.

i dont need facts, i got 23 million other sets of eyes that says JJ was a horrible QB...Bama defense or not...

ok, since you are all into stats and figures, and i will not look them up, still thinking they are wrong or are severly skewwed to some degree...but just for the sake of debate....which offense would you rather have?...the first 8 games or the last 4?...cause if you say the last 4 you need to schedule a cat scan....i dont need stats to figure out which QB the team played for and which one moved the chains vs all the 3 and outs by JJ...not only did he demolish the offense but he severly weakend one of the most potent defenses in recent memory...ours...

Did I upset you?

Now we're focusing on personal attacks. You've done nothing since that game than piss and moan and bitch and complain.

Not once did I tell you to frick off.

13-1 isn't a high level. Got it.

And we'll dismiss the fact that he's the only one, ever, in school history to get the football program to an undefeated season. Got it.

Get over it. You really sound pretty juvenile.

People like you that dont think we have a right to be mad and utterly dumbfounded as to the absolute ridiculous game plan that we had and the incompetency to change the play calling and personnel to at least to try to give us a shot at being competitive in the game, really astounds me. Yes, I am a fan and will die in my grave being an LSU fan, but Nov. 9 was the biggest debacle I have ever seen, and I am not blaming this on the players. Its all on Miles.

Yes, 13-0 was an incredible season. But the 0-1 season was probably the worst I have ever seen in my lifetime, and again, it was because of the incompetency of MIles game plan. Did you even look at his dimeanor on the sideline?

He didnt finish. Thats what its all about to me. Again, if he would have had a half way descent game plan and tried different plays and players, and even lost 45-0, I would not be nearly as pissed as I continue to be because at least we would have tried it, and not given up.

Also, being an LSU fan since I was born in 1972, I do not recall LSU being a laughing stock of college football as many times since CLM has been the coach. Which also astounds me because of the success he has had around the terrible times.

It was a poor effort on his part, and what keeps me from dwelling on it (too much, at least) is the fact that LSU has a chance to win it again this season. I am thinking Les may have learned some things from his mistakes of the past few years and it will not repeat. At least, we have that hope.

He hired Chavis after his CoDC experiment failure, and finally got free of Crowton though it took too long IMO. I will give him the benefit of the doubt this year until he proves otherwise. Did I lose a bit of faith? Yep, but not all.

Where did I say this? I was as pissed as all of you. It was stupid, it was ridiculous, it was embarrassing. That's not who were are.

I'm with you on that.

If you want to be as close minded and pin it on Miles, that's your deal. He already admitted he messed up.

But if you want to carry that hate around for a year, have at it.

Still a shitty thing to tell me to screw myself when your anger is directed at something else. Just saying.

Exactly. But Righteous is ready to run out with torches and pitchforks.

I dont think so. I dont think the BCS NC game was a "mistake" on Miles. I just think that is the way he is, a stubborn, sometimes incompetent coach, and he will always be that way.

Yes, this was probably the best move Miles has made since he has been coach. If it was not for the D, there is no way we win more than 10 games this year.

Maybe we should rehire DiNardo.
