It is possible LSU may beat either Florida or Bama, but I think the Tigers' best shot is Florida, simply because the LSU defense is better suited to beating a spread offense than a power-running team.

If Arkansas beats us, I wouldn't be shocked, but we are better than Auburn and Ole Miss.

I'm saying 10-2, with 9-3 and 11-1 distinct possibilities.

some of you people are on CRACK if you think lsu will win 9 games in reg season...too many untested positions...you have to have a solid leader and play maker at qb to win 9 any year.....period....

6-6 maybe 7-5...i would not be surprised if they went 5-7...this year will be lsu's weakest year in 10 yrs....and still be pretty good.....i hope for the best for lsu and want them to win but....lsu will have a pretty season in 2011....

why are you assuming LSU will be favored vs auburn? i think we will be a dog on the road.

LSU is currently a slight dog to Auburn in Vegas.

LSU is a dog in 6 games. NC, WV, Florida, Auburn, Bama, Ark
LSU is a SIX point dog to Ark and Bama, right now.
LSU is a 9 point dog to Florida.

8-4, the offense will be much of the same this year, little or no output. The defense will keep us in the games, I don't think that we will get blown out this year, but with no offense the scores are going to look more like baseball games, one more prediction, after we go 8-4 in the regular season and lose at the Chic-fil-at bowl, Miles and Crowten are gone.

The reason I pick that game as a loss is because of the typical officiating arse raping we receive when playing in the state of Alabama

I agree with this. It will probably be the toughest game to win outside of the Florida game.

At this point, all the Miles lovers are getting cocky calling out the "negatigers" and gloating about how stupid we were, blah blah blah...AND THEN...the bottom falls out in Gainesville and back to reality:

Hey genius. LSU won 9 games last year with easily the worst offense it's ever put on the field.

No way it can be any worse.
