Nick Storz, Jack Mashburn, Kole Taylor and Mason Taylor...great play call that gave Daniels an easy score.

By the way, Daniels had two incredible scrambles on that drive...then the pass the Emery that led to the score.

Put me down as a Posi-Daniel...hope the offense can figure out the passing issues. Like Kelly said, it is not all on him.

5 games in and he is still not willing to let the WR make a play. I thought He'd have gotten more comfortable with that by now.

Lots of dropped balls, kelly admitted they didn't prepare him well for the types of coverages he was seeing.

Auburn's defense is tougher than people give them credit for. We didn't play well but everyone is way overreacting.

I think we see a big improvement in the passing game against Tenn., win or lose.

I can't really comment without seeing the entire field on passing plays or knowing what he is being told to do.

He needs to let some deep balls go in 1 on 1 coverage. Shoot, there isn't much difference in trying to throw a deep ball and it getting intercepted vs having this team punt. It will be punted short and be returned for 20 yards anyways.

Well, there could be many factors going into that, remember he threw a lot of INTS at Arizona. Seems like he has a fear of the big mistakes that has turned him super conservative.

Saban if famous for having press conferences to talk to his team and not us media.

BK made some very informative comments yesterday, that he expects some INTs from being aggressive. That message was for JD and Nuss. Lets see how they react.

1 on 1 is open. As a quarterback you either believe that or you don’t.

Four tight ends in the game...in Kelly's scheme, it must have been a pass play!

In his defense, it’s working. He has thrown 0 INTs this year.

BK said it best yesterday that Daniels needs to throw the ball and let his WR's make the catch. not wait until they are wide open

Daniels can’t throw well. He can run though and he’s a very positive person and brings a lot of maturity to the team. We’re blessed to have him this year, especially growing young guys under him moral wise

Yes, but has also not lost us any games either. So, I guess we just need to hope to see some improvement. This week was a regression, no doubt, but he has to pull the trigger in the SEC.

His goal line TD is something I’ve waited to see all year. Let him roll out and take what the defense gives him.

It was a run with the option to pass to the outside TE. The TE running into the flats opened the hole for JD to run thru.

That was a great goal line play. We will need that in games against Bama, Arkansas, A&M, etc.

I agree. Tho I can't believe that AU's secondary is good enough to cover our WRs for an 85 yard passing day. Some is playcalling, but a lot is JD. And i don't think its lack of ability. I think he's in his head too much. Just trust the read and throw. I would love to see the mythical All 22 film.

For sure, a 50/50 ball doesn't mean there's a 50% chance both the reciever and DB can catch it, it means there's a 50% chance that the reciever catches it or 50% chance the reciever prevents the DB from intercepting it.

They got in his head about INTs, they need to get out. Give the man some slants and out routes. make it easier. throwing to a RB or TE going away from you is much harder.
better plays, better routes, easier throws, catch the f ball
JD is 25% of that equation.

Auburn was absolutely blanketing us in the secondary. And the stuff underneath that was open was dropped.
