Spending the entire state’s GDP on the transfer portal.
Oregon is getting a lot of top guys also.
We are getting a few. Still waiting to land some elite guys though.
Bk needs to get aggressive. Not seeing it yet.

Timber money. You’ll notice soon that the entire state will be clear cut. Sad.

LSU will finish AHEAD of Ole Miss in total recruiting points (HS + transfers). Even in transfer recruiting itself, LSU is only a tiny fraction behind in avg rating per commit compared to Ole Miss.

They’ve accepted it. There is no philosophical conflict with them that the portal was there to augment or something silly.
They know they’re not going to be regular top five recruiting classes so this is how they equalize building the roster. Their collective is solid. They aren’t hiding from it like Jimbo did.
Last year it worked ok. Literally one play away from the playoff.

I will say, Matt Bowers is a big time supporter. Buy your vehicles elsewhere.

3rd time might be a charm - OM has 1 more time to raid the portal if any money is left after this time. Feast or famine - they starved this year. LOL

How many transfers has Ole Miss signed so far?
Would you also like me to change your diaper too?

LSU landed another Nebraska Edge who’s actually more productive. Not sure what your point is.

They can get as many portal guys as possible, but can Lane win?

Will be hilarious to see Lane trying to complain a 3-loss team into the playoff again next year.

I'm happy about the Butler pickup but he's definitely not more productive than Umanmielen. He's probably about 1/5th of the price and a better teammate though.

Last year they were adding portal players to a returning roster that won 11 games. Most of that production, existing roster and portal, is walking out the door.
What OM is doing this year is what FSU tried very unsuccessfully to do last year- plug all the holes from a mass exodus to the draft without great recruiting to form the base of their roster.

They lost to Kentucky at home this year. LOL

Ole Miss has 6 committed:
Womack wasn't a good fit here, so no loss on our part
A couple OL we didn't make a play for
A 5'11 CB
A brother of a current player
A solid TE
Oregon has 1 guy signed:
Top safety from IN who wants to stay in the B1G
LSU has 4 committed:
A probable starter at CB
A probably starter at TE
A solid WR that will see the field alot
A solid DE
All of these were must gets in the portal
Help us understand wtf you are talking about.
