Our songs? Neck is an old song by Cameo. It's been played by many bands well before the LSU band played it. The students then took it and made sure it would never be played again. Those days where for a few short years the band played an old song are gone forever. Get over it.

I was at an Ole Miss Basketball game several years ago (vs A&M) and the band then played “Neck”.

I know the tune is not original to LSU but the student section copied our chant. I couldn't hear exactly what was substituted for “Tiger”. Sounded like “Rebel”.
