As much as he’s struggled though SEC play, Milam still hits better than most elite defensive SSs. Casuals don’t seem to understand that. Go look at the batting avg for UT’s starter.

Shores has looked really good the past three weekends. He will be cruicial for a post season run. I like what he is doing and he is clearly getting more comfortable on the mount and out the pen.

I feel really good about LSU’s pitching going into the postseason. Got a bit of a 2023 feeling where the pitching clicked in the SEC tournament despite going 1-2 in Hoover.
