OL Deculus. 653 pounds

No wonder he didn't play much last year even with the lack of depth. Hope he can lost about 353 pounds before the season starts in 8 weeks. Tough ask.

WELL HELLO THERE.

That was actually much better. Back wasn't rounding, although I did notice a little bar drift. And it was smooth as hell, he's got another 25 pounds in him easy. I like seeing more of that for my starting SEC O-linemen. Other fellow has some catching up to do. Competition breeds success.

But I'm more interested what Moffitt has going on with them training/maxing out their DL's in squat shoes. I'm sure there are some kiniseology majors involved with and studying this.

PS: have an upvote.

Nice form too. Someone coaching them right

With that much weight, he'd kill himself with bad form.

Sure did... Could have gotten 700 if he wanted. I'm sure they have a limit or safe weight bc yea they can probably lift more but is it safe for them to try it?

Maxing out is stupid, accomplishes very little and greatly increases the risk of injury. 4 reps (meaning you can only do 4) is as heavy as anyone should go in the weight room.

Happy for him.
Now, can that translate into creating a hole for the RB’s, or keep Burreaux from getting killed by a Bama DT? We’ll see, and hope so...

he other day in a thread about this we had some douchebags, who probably wear their caps backwards, say they do this everyday at lunch at the gym. No big deal.
