D1 Baseball reports that MLB draft will be only 5 rounds. It has been speculated for a few weeks but, this is now official. The D1 committee still has to vote on possible roster relief, hopefully in the near future.

I'm hoping that now with the draft rounds set, the mock drafts that come out will give us a better idea of who to expect to sign and who may not.
It would be great to get guys like Ty Floyd, Beck Way, and Blake Money on campus. All three could be weekend pitchers, with Way being the most ready. Money seems like the most likely to make it to campus based on prospect lists. The other two are right in the gray area.
As far as summer leagues go, there is still so much up in the air that I don't know if it's worth reporting on, but there are three guys scheduled to go to the Prospect League, 7 scheduled for the South Florida League, and 1 incoming freshman scheduled for the newly created Southeast Collegiate League. There are some guys that were scheduled for the Northwoods League, but that league is serious jeopardy of not playing (moreso than the others I mentioned).

I'm hoping that we have better luck with the vote on roster relief than we had on the third paid assistant coach last year. That still pisses me off.

I'm interested in where Dylan Crews lands. His stock was trending down at the beginning of the year and hoped for a big senior season to solidify a top 2 round projection he had coming into the year.
As you said Floyd, Drost, Millas, Thompson, Way would all be huge gets.
No matter the SEC will be much deeper next year.

There was speculation that Crews wanted first round money. With less wiggle room on budgets, a dropping profile, and the way bonuses are going to be spread over 3 years it could push him to college if he doesn't adjust his number down (which is possible).
That's really the only signability information I've read on any of LSU's prospects. I'm hoping more will come available over the next month.

I've added ESPN's draft prospect rankings to the original post. I feel like they are a good resource now that former Fan Graphs writer Kiley McDaniel is now the lead prospect analyst at ESPN.

I missed that on bianco, good to hear. Also looks like henry and cabrera are fringe players. I expect cabrera to sign and henry may come back. But he is close enough to where he wont shock me either way

Brody Miller just reported on Twitter that CJ Willis has entered the Transfer Portal.

Shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone if they followed this team

Not surprising, but I still think he was about to break out. He's got a ton of talent, hopefully the change of scenery helps him put it together.
I did see in an Advocate article over the weekend that George and Beck have indicated they're coming back. They will not count against the 35 man limit. I updated the numbers in the OP to reflect Willis leaving.

Updated again because Wilson Alexander tweeted out that Drew Bianco has taken his name out of the transfer portal and will stay at LSU.

Appreciate all the info. Please continue to update.

Bianco may have spot on roster but he will not play much at all
That tells me not much interest

Man they should really allow a 5 or so man roster expansion this season

I agree. I also think fall ball should be expanded to more than just 2 games against other competition and maybe even additional playing dates in the spring. Like 60 games instead of 56.

I think it would be an advantage for LSU to play a 60 game spring schedule by adding four midweek games. We have the pitching depth that wouldn't over tax the weekend pitchers and it would get the potential pro prospects additional experience and exposure.
More importantly, expanding the roster to 40 players would be more of an advantage, IMO. It would relieve the crunch of players needing a place to play, as well as accomplishing the same positives as increasing the number of games.

You’re limited to playing a max of 56 games.
