I told me team that there is accountability in this room. I spoke to them very honestly about my mistake and about the strength of the team. that a team is a group of men that are committed ot each other with a want to succeed. I have a great group of men...this is a difficult time. We are certainly going to have to do well and I regret the mistake. It cost my team the victory.

If he said that then he's either a flat-out deliberative liar or his term for "it's down" is a 2-word term in which the first includes the "L" sound and the second word is "it". Plus, his "it's down" motion is the same as everyone else's spike it motion.

Can somebody please give me a brief rundown of what this is about and what he has said? I've been in meetings all day and didn't even know about this. TIA
