We're around 48 or 49, counting the 5 COVID year guys.

Theoretically speaking, if we were to play a bowl game against Kansas State tomorrow who would play Quarterback?

Our pitching staff definitely has a bunch of guys that are built like TEs.
And two of our freshmen catchers are built like brick shithouses.

Ethan Frey.
But Gavin Guidry is cousins with Nuss.

I doubt either stick at catcher......especially if another smaller statured HS catcher makes it to campus.

I love Jared Jones' football highlights. He blocks dudes all the way to the sidelines.

Maybe they'll make a Sandra Bullock movie about him some day.

Same.
I feel good on Carter Young though.

I though after round 20 teams are free to stroke fat checks without penalty with only FA cap counting against the bonus pool? If specific teams have been feasting on college kids with no leverage wouldnt they have some room to still pay handsomely overslot to certain players? I guess my question is when is it safe to book tickets to the mecca of college baseball?

Social media wise, it definitely seems like young is more engaged.

The senior covid thing is definitely going to factor in. Tebrake was one of those and he is gone.
I could be missing someone but I have Gervase, Dugas, Beloso, Merrifield and Pineda.
I tired right now, so I could be off, but I'm looking at us currently having 25 pitchers and 22 position players. If we add Skenes, 26 pitchers. That is assuming we don't lose anyone else to the draft. Personally Jobert is the only one I'm looking at on Day 3 but I'm already counting my chickens.
I don't want to derail the thread. We will have plenty of time to crunch numbers later.

I wasn't sure on Merrifield. Bollman and Gervase both played three years before getting to LSU. I don't remember if Merrifield did or not. I thought he was the same age as Doughty.
