One of my biggest annoyances with this fanbase is there really isn’t an option that makes this fanbase happy.
You do realize that this fanbase is made up of more than one individual right? In fact it is made up of 100s of thousands of minds and therefore the entire fan base will never agree on something

I have absolutely no problem with an obvious attempt to bring back the Brady magic. We need new blood and young innovators. Sure it’s a gamble for Ed. He has to get this right. There’s a lot of unknowns going forward but I think these hires have a good chance to succeed.

The 37-year-old Peetz is a Nebraska native, a former long snapper and cornerback for the Cornhuskers.
LSU (Cregg
If "Lazy Recruiter" BBQ Buddy Cregg doesn't want to recruit up North in Ohio and Nebraska, then get somebody in here that will!
There's a golden opportunity now to greatly increase the talent level of the OL.
Bama recruits OL's nationally every year and and it shows in SEC and National Championships, while LSU scrapes the bottom of the barrel for JC and non-SEC level OL's from Louisiana; the last minute "Panic" offers because they haven't signed enough OL's.
Where does Callaway fit in now? Let him coach WR's/TE's and send Nikki Antonio to assist with Special Teams or something. 9There has been a dramatic increase in WR "Drops" this season -Brady +Joseph)
BTW, for the slow minded: Nikki Antonio is a reference to women's basketball coach Nikki Fargas, who is a relative by marriage to Antonio "Huggy Bear" Fargas of the 1970's TV show "Starsky and Hutch." I equate MJ's coaching skills to about the same level as Nikki Fargas, hence the name . Capiche?)

Who were these?
Billy Gonzales and Jerry Sullivan. Gonzales is now the PGC at Florida. Jeff Grimes even held the running game coordinator position for a few years lol

Hits every box requested by the rantards, rantards melt.
Nothing ever changes.

Lol it’s not a myth at all.
Yes it is. It's been explicitly explained numerous times what the dynamic was.

This was a lazy hire by Coach O. He asked someone else for advice, and hired two guys that nobody else wanted for OC and PGC. Of course Brady is going to recommend people that work under him. How much money we spend, we should have grabbed one of the top OC of the country.

Newsflash: there isn’t a lot of talent of any kind coming out of Nebraska. That’s why that program has been on the decline for years.
And just because we had a guy from Ohio transfer onto the team doesn’t mean all of a sudden we should have a recruiting foothold in the state.

I like.
I wanted to say with great risk comes great reward.
But you know what, this is a different LSU with a very different offensive philosophy and expectations.
The greater risk would be trying to teach old dogs new tricks. This is better, and less risky. And he's not a pup.

Did Peetz serve as an offensive coordinator at Alabama under Doug Nussmeier?

I don't see how you have peetz and mangus and Callaway all on staff.
The Tigers can't have all those drops again in 2021. The WR's were like day and night with Brady coaching them, as opposed to Joseph......

If Calloway stays at LSU he'll be an analyst next season. With these two hires the offensive staff is full.

Yeah....and what about his horrible sidekick, Mangas? This is really a half arse hire! Will he stay one year like everywhere else?
