Jeff Grimes led offense at BYU up on Arizona by double digits. Could it be that O had 3 OCs on his staff last season and he ended up with the worse option this year?

Canada took a 14 point dog and overcame significant team distractions to beat a nationally ranked team. Not bad for a guy not good enough to coach at LSU.

Tom Herman, was the recipient of a loaded roster at Houston.Which allowed him to succeed, and look good doing so. Texas however, was equivalent to what O had at Ole Miss. Talent in Texas has been going everywhere but Texas. He has to be given some time to build that program up. It has already been documented, how out of shape the defensive line was when he got there. However, that's the school he chose to coach. It wasn't like he didn't have choices.
