Guys just accept it. It's going to be a very vanilla offense today.

We've definitely gone conservative. Right or wrong, it's obvious.

I'm wondering if AJ was ready

Arkansas says he's just fine. In that game we had no choice but to let him go. Les gotta find the confidence in him to let him go now.

Why couldn't Keehn do this the rest of the season?

Les playing way too conservative. We should be building our lead while the defense is playing lights out.

Or we could be creating turnovers

Penalties are killing the offense. The defense is looking great.

So frustrating to not throw anything down field. Show of Jennings a bit and get him some experience. Even throw long. If intercepted it is like a punt, which we seem to be doing a lot.

Miles gets an early lead and plays not to lose. Is anyone really surprised by this?

Miles giving Hill's carries to the senior.

Does this mean Hill is staying?

We have such an innovative offensive plan.

To be fair, reverse WR pass, read option, speed option, off tackle running and a short passing game is pretty diverse for 4 series on a wet field with a true frosh at QB in his first start.

Let him get his feet then he will go... stop the penalties and pretty happy.

Until Iowa scores, Les sees no reason for us to score again.

So we essentially waste half the game being conservative instead of building a lead.

One has to wonder about Jennings' ability to read a D. He is a true Frosh. I just hope we don't have 3 years of option football to look forward to.
