What do the past players really think of him? I can’t imagine Mainieri contributing anything at this point. He just sits and pouts. And Freaking Dunn must have pictures of Mainieri. And we haven’t had a hitting or offensive coach since Cannizzaro.

Woodward likes throwing money at coaches. They would have to be really successful to give the job to either. I don’t think those two are the answer but Dunn has been more disappointing. Cain has been recruiting well.

The disappointment and underperforming is the norm now. We’ve had great recruiting classes year after year. And still get the young team excuse. If your ok with this, good for you. Be happy with mediocrity. I just remember when LSU Baseball was the standard. We are now 4th 5th or less.
