So you are admitting that you constantly make stupid threads just for the attention?
What kind of life you must live, that you need to come on here and constantly beg for negative attention, just to get some attention. Why not try making decent threads, that will get a discussion going instead? Do the threads need to be about how dumb you are, rather than the actual content, to make you feel ok?

USC, UCLA,SMU, BYU, and LSU are the teams commonly referred to as an abbreviation. FSU and OSU aren’t common abbreviations

I firmly believe we should always refer to LSU teams as the Fighting Tigers since we are the Fighting Tigers and not the run of the mill Tigers like so many others.

Just as a random example.... here's the ESPN rankings page
"LSU"
vs
Ohio State, Penn State, Oklahoma State, etc.
Similarly, Penn State goes with "Penn State" instead of "Pennsylvania State" and USC prefers "USC" over "Southern California" even though you see them referred to that way sometimes

Agreed.
On something like the Heisman trophy, you go with the full spelling of the University. Hell, even the SEC championship trophy has Louisiana State University.
Whoever made that call messed up.

LSU has always been LSU. Just in the pass 20 or so years has other schools tried to copy us by using just the letters like Florida State Or even Mississippi State. Even So. Cal started using USC which I always think of South Carolina.
