People are overreacting again, this time on the positive side.

The Florida win was entertaining and Daniels finally let the ball go accurately during the first 3 quarters. This development definitely means 4/5 of the remaining games are winnable. Florida was 99th in total defense, however. The offense still needs to prove it can work against better defenses.

No one should expect them to beat Bama this year. The OL has too many weak spots, the DBs are good and well-coached but just not elite athletically. The LBs also have issues. Bama has years of depth built up everywhere. Bama is 16th in total defense and 6th in defensive yards per play even after the TN game. Write that game off and if a miracle happens, enjoy it and appreciate it.

Hope and pray for 9-3 and a bowl win, because that would be gas on the fire that is the BK rebuild and would give them a huge boost in recruiting.

Neither does Tennessee, A$M, or Texas. Bama has a better roster than all three and could have easily lost to all three.

Don't think anyone "expects" to beat bama but it wouldn't take a miracle to happen. We held them to 6 rushing yards with half of our defense out last year. Crazier things have happened.

Objectively, LSU is definitely outmatched, but they absolutely have a chance to win.

True but are we expecting them to play as shitty as they did last year against us

We didn't have the horses last year but almost beat them and I think this team is better than last year. We'll see soon enough.

I'll take how they played against either of the Texas schools this year. We can beat that Bama team. Looks like we have around a 29% chance that team shows up in a few weeks.

We played them pretty well last year. We play our best and they play like they did against the Aggies and we have a shoot. Ole Miss 1st though

Iowa state shouldve beat texas, and Texas tech did beat em.

Texas should’ve beat Bama and they don’t have the horses.

Last year we were got awful and should’ve won in Tuscaloosa.

Bama has been sloppy and undisciplined in all their road games this year and last year sans last year's Mississippi St game. They're a better team and I'm not going to sit here and predict a win over them, but I wouldn't be too shocked if it happened.

And what makes you think we are so focused on Bama that we should just skip over the fact that Ole Miss is 7-0?

Objectively, no one does, but it still happens.

Not worried about Bama. If we finish the year 5-3 in SEC play, we will have exceeded expectations.

I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that it's because we don't play in the game or coach the team, so we don't have to focus on this week's opponent.

It just shows an obsession with Bama and the assumption that’s all anyone else is thinking about.
