I love all the posts saying Nico is obviously better than Nuss… Nico played one P4 school and threw for 220 and 2 picks. Wake up

The only explanation is bias which is weird since Nuss is our QB. Nico has played scrubs and looked mediocre if not bad.

It's really nuts. Have you ever seen a fanbase this biased not in favor of but against their starting QB? Guy has been here loyal risking his entire career and they not only exaggerate everything he does wrong, but also blame him for things that aren't his fault at all. On top of bringing up nonsense about meaningless bowl games years ago.

I wonder how many LSU starting QBs have had better stats than Nuss after starting four games, three of them on the road.

All the years we have begged for competent leaders, and now we an outstanding one, according to the HC.

Nico has looked bad? we must be watching too different players.

His QBR is 182, Nuss is 159

Unless we are talking different guys his QBR is 85.2, 76.9, and 81.6 across three games. He has only 6 TDs to 2 INTs.

Love how your standards shift depending on the player.

We literally had people wanting to bench our Heisman winning QB last year

I also see posts of yours just last year pushing Bo Nix should deserve the Heisman over JD5. Maybe look in the mirror.

Both USC's starters were better, he's a mid tier SEC QB.

Notice when the other poster used QBR incorrectly to put Nico over Nuss you got crickets from him but as soon as you posted something positive about Nuss he came running to bash.

He’s very good, and outside of Burrow and Daniels, is probably the best QB we’ve had in 20 years maybe outside of Mett. He is not the best QB in the SEC.

Plz don’t count out any qb that played under Les Miles. It wasn’t their fault.

Perhaps American football isnt your thing

In the SEC, Nuss is
#1 in TDs
#1 in completions
#2 in total yards

Thats teetering on being the best in the SEC (mid-tier :snicker, snicker:)

What’s controversial about that, Nuss and Moss both had the ball with the game on the line and USC west guy won it, nuss threw a pick. And when the game was on the line with USC e nuss tried to give it away twice. Sellers was clearly the better before he rolled his ankle, we had no answer for his athleticism/playmaking.

To be fair Nuss threw a pick six that 9 times out of 10 isn’t called a penalty

Well, for one Nuss is playing the other teams defense whereas their QB is playing our defense. None of this bullshite is how football actually works. And with the game on the line Nuss threw a pick? No, he threw a meaningless pick on a last ditch hail Mary play. Which you knew, but like the other losers here you exaggerate everything to downplay what he's actually done. When the game was on the line with SC he drove us down the field and turned the game around. He's literally the reason we won alongside Caden. Without Nuss we lose that game. Sellers was dogshit the whole game compared to Nuss he just had the luxury of playing our defense.
