Bye bye. You’re an idiot. He was better than both Daniels and Burrow their first year as starters - that is a fact. AND that isn’t throwing to Jefferson or Nabers or…. Go look at the roster for Burrow and Daniels at WR.

Now go hire an experienced OL Guru for 1.5 that can teach all the new OL starters to run block for Durham, Berry and Lindsey. LSU will not move forward under Butter Kreme until the running game is fixed and we need a much better OL Coach in place to make that happen.

frick off, dumbass. Davis isn’t going anywhere this offseason.

Protection wasn’t an issue at all until Dellinger went down and it was still passable until we had two guys hurt vs UF. Even Ohio State struggled to run the ball as well with two starters down, and they had a good run blocking OL to start the season.

Run blocking was the issue and that will be the main thing Davis needs to address with our reworked OL this offseason.

not true, although we didnt give up many sacks the center position was a problem all year, many times not allowing Nuss to step up in the pocket and forcing throws off the back foot

in the run game, the center position was even worse. Many times he was gettin driven back in to the puller which blew up the whole play.

We must get much better there. Dont have to be a guy that drives people, but you have to hold the point of attack for sure and not be on skates

Pretty sure I read in an article about high NIL recipients mid last spring (which included Livvy Dunn) saying that Nuss' NIL for the 2024 season was to be $1 million.

Except Nuss had a passer rating of 140 which was over 60 points below Joe and jayden heisman year. Underwood while hasn't played yet seems highly likely to be better than that.

Nussmeier has to protect the ball better, also. Hopefully, we see better pocket presence, accuracy, and decision making. The interceptions, and fumbles are too much for this team to overcome.

He deserves every penny. Dude is a warrior and with another offseason under VR simulation, look out. This makes net year a legit push at NC if we can secure a few big uglies and helps with recruiting TE and receivers. I am stoked.

Daniels 2022 QB rating - 144.5
Burrow 2018 QB rating - 133.2

So basically, Nuss's first year (judging by QB rating alone) was significantly better than Burrow's and only slightly worse than Daniels. Yet, you want to kick him to the side for a freshman QB who has never taken a single college snap?

For an experienced starting QB and possible heisman contender on a playoff contender, $1.5 million is reasonable.

For a kid who has never taken a college snap, not so much.

Just my opinion.

Worth every penny, despite all the criticism he'll be a projected 1st rounder going into the season. We couldn't have done better in the portal. They nesd to do better building a offense around what he does well. Not what he doesn't.

Read what I said...for $1.5M he better be alot better than this year. That wasn't a knock on him.thats a statement of he needs to continue to work to get better. Spend all spring/summer working with his Wrs,TE and RBs...on routes, timing, throws etc. Footwork, no back foot throws into triple coverage etc.
He has alot of ability/talent but now he has to step up to lead and earn that $1.5M

Spoken like someone who knows nothing about talent! He would have been 3rd best we in draft and top returning QB in NCAA
