The only way Bama can jump LSU is if the apocalyptic happens LSU loses to both Georgia and the *gasp* Aggies

Pretty sure a one loss Georgia isn't going to be ranked ahead of an undefeated defending national champion Clemson.

Them being the defending national champion has zero to do with this year. They're on a 26 game winning streak and they're ranked #3.

Georgia would have:

#2 LSU (12-1)
#11 Florida (10-2)
#16 Notre Dame (10-2)
#15 Auburn (8-4)

Clemson would have:

#24 Virginia Tech (9-4)

LSU is in no real danger of losing to UGA. Fromm has been very inconsistent.

LSU’s problem if they lose to Georgia would be if Minnesota wins out. 12-1 Minnesota would get in over 12-1 Ohio state who they beat. Georgia and Clemson would then be in too leaving one spot for LSU and Ohio State. I would like to believe LSU gets the nod but not sure if I trust the committee now.

If LSU is undefeated in the SEC championship then they are in win or lose. It’s mind boggling that some of you can’t see the forest from the trees .Bama isn’t getting in we beat them, and OU isn’t getting in even if they win their crap championship. If a conference championship isn’t a qualification to get in the CFP then why in the hell would you believe that it is a reason to keep a 12-1 LSU team with our resume out???
Georgia has to win to get in because they already have one loss. If this were a season where either OU or Utah had the resume and beat the teams that LSU did then I would say maybe you have an argument, but that is not the case for this year.

It’s not about Bama. It is about Minnesota. Minnesota, Georgia, and Clemson would all be in if Minnesota and Georgia win out and it comes down to OSU and LSU. And as of right now the committee values OSU over LSU.

I would bet my cock on it that Minnesota isn’t beating Ohio State. That’s just not going to happen PERIOD

Agree it is about Minnesota. Should Minnesota beat Ohio State they will be in but only one team from that conference. I believe that LSU will be favored.
