I am sure all the tourists, and all the Clemson and LSU fans can trust the great NOPD to maintain the peace and provide superior protection from all the thugs and lowlifes that will be seeking to rob, rape, and take advantage of all those attending the NC Game and spending time in New Orleans.

Leave your guns at home, that way when some thug comes up and demands your car and your money you’ll have no option but to give it all up.

This makes perfect sense. I read every weekend where a “tourist” pulls a gun and drops an innocent local.
