Yeah. They better be doing some really bad shite for the star player to be getting kicked off the team.

There could be any number of reasons: the strength of the witness (victim), the willingness of the victim to testify at trial (probably an intimidating experience for a 14-15 year old girl -- especially with a fine sample of upstanding citizens on this board who already seemed to have decided that the young lady lied to police and falsely accused Hill), lack of prior convictions or arrest on Hill, etc.
Here is a fine example of the point I was making:
So if a woman accuses an LSU player of sexual assault, they must be lying. BTW -- Mett was kicked of his current team when that happened. His second chance was earned the hard way, not given to him.

If I grabs some skank titays and someone gets mad and says sexual assault. Statutory rape is actually worse, but a ridiculous charge in this case anyway. If we didn't have VIDEO PHONES none of this would be happening.

I'll be willing to believe in your fairy tale might be true if you are willing to believe mine might be true. Deal?

A lot of what he says in the article is actually pretty accurate and makes a lot of sense. However his premature call far Miles to deal with Hill with a heavy hand smacks of sensationalism. He s trying to have his cake and eat it too.

You have no clue about the case against Hill, you're judgments and opinions on the situation are set in stone, no matter how simplistic and wrong they actually are. There's no use in trying to have a discussion with a group of guys that overreact to something they don't even know the facts of.

they should go frick themselves. Miles should start banning nola.com reporters

Hill is a stud, but I have to at this statement

What facts have I alleged to know? I gave some examples of what may have factored into the decision to offer plea bargain. Never claimed it to be anything but speculation. Please show me where I have claimed to know anything.
My point is the guy can't seem to stay out of trouble. At some point he is responsible for his actions and is not just someone who was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
As far as his newest arrest, it is pretty clear he punched a guy outside a bar, not a big deal in and of itself. However, the kid had to know he was on probation, but yet couldn't be disciplined enough not to punch someone, yeah it's probably time for him to go.

Well that's my whole fricking point. You don't know the facts, yet you base your judgment of Hill on an charge he wasn't convicted of.

Continue with your overreactions without knowing details.

A guy that gets arrested twice in three years is not just in the wrong place at the wrong time. It is pretty funny that people like want to keep making excuses for him.
Really don't need to know too many facts to make that observation.
I do know that before he was arrested for sexual assault or sexual battery an affidavit had to be signed by someone saying he committed the act. But clearly that person was lying because they accused an LSU player or signee of something bad.

Awesome!! GEAUX TIGERS!!
People are stupid, but I really wish it didn't have to be my fellow LSU fans all of the time on this site.

You're acting like he got a break b/c he's anLSU player. If he's not then he fights as much as the dude he hit and doesn't get arrested. For frick sake which is it cry baby?
There are multiple fights every weekend and no one gets arrested. Get over yourself. The fact is it appears the kid didn't do anything out of the norm but he got a big light put on him by program watchers like you. Keep up the great private dick work

And if he doesn't, what then? Seems like a judge handing down restrictions to the kid's current probation is adequate enough.
He didn't commit murder, NOLA.com.
Lay off the theatrics.

Amazingly, he calls out LSU, Missouri, Ole Miss, Kentucky, Florida for number of arrests, but not Alabama, who leads in the Fulmer Cup Standings.
His viewpoint is shite because of this.

People like you scare me.
I have no clue whether Hill should be kicked off the team, suspended, etc etc.
Your idea that we don't need facts/information is ludacris to me though.
