No matter what happens with this

there is no going back to any cordiality. The knives are out. Maybe a court case will expose the abscess that is the SEC hierarchy. That would be worth it.

Not with Sankey. This is definitely a Sankey or LSU thing. One of us has to go.

I can’t see this ending with sankey and LSU reuniting.
Someone is gone at the end of this.

Burn it all down.
This is the most ridiculous thing that has ever happened with league administration in the history of sports.

Yep. Upvote
He’s demonstrated incompetence in multiple meaningful ways. I don’t see how he survives this even if the sec keeps him around for a bit just to save face.

Sankey being removed is the only way to mend fences.

Remove sankey insert Saban

He looks seriously problematic right now. And so petty and arrogant.

I still don't think they will vote to expel LSU from the league, but even so it seems that no reconciliation is possible or even desired.
I mean, I guess it would be better for LSU's longterm stability to not be expelled.....unless the SEC is going to stick it to us every chance they get for the next decade.
Guess I'm naive, but I'm skeptical that anyone as smart as a university president would let one of the top brands in college sports just walk out of the door.

If Sankey loses his job over this AND the GD SEC HQ is removed from Alabama then maybe some sort of reasonable detente can be reached. Maybe

I agree, but the other schools are going along with him.
Are they aware he showed up at the 19th JDC way underprepped and handed the plaintiffs a W?

I'm certain there are a dozen Stankey disciples just like him waiting to fill the role. What good does moving the building do if it's filled with the same jackasses?
Louisiana has always been a pirate state. May be time to embrace that role.

Either sankeybis the only one gone, or they both are, because if they kick us then the discovery in the lawsuit will be sweet....and lsu will be wealthy

Everyone knows. Anyone who doesn’t gets what they have coming.

It ain’t right. In the words of Malachai Johnson, “I’m tired of what ain’t right.”
