Clearly Storz is the reason why Gilbert left.

Aren't we going to have to process a player or 2 because of the roster sanctions?

Kind of a weird decision?

Gus Milligan is also no longer on the roster.

It puts LSU at 38 players in an unrestricted roster year.

Should be at 79. Can sign two more. If we sign three more there will have to be one player leave.

This is air tight logic and is beyond contestation.

I thought we were at 81 and still planning on taking a transfer. Makes sense if we're at 79.

First, Hampton filled in nicely when he had to step up as a freshman in football. There wasn't a safety on this roster who looked close to as good as they had in previous seasons. I'm going to chalk that up to a shitty arse defensive coordinator.

Second, are we really going to claim last season as a failure in baseball? He barely got to get his feet wet before the plug was pulled on the season.

We were really low already and we will still lose a couple to transfer/NFL that we don't know about, happens to every team every year.

Don't think we need to worry about the sanctions yet, but I could be wrong.

Dude...

He barely got to even play baseball and every DB, even our previously All-SEC level ones, looked like shite.

Think you're being a bit premature.

I don’t believe Storz was on scholarship so he wouldn’t count towards that number anyway.

You're referring to the football roster and he's referring to the baseball roster.

We're right back into the 80 range currently. All the seniors coming back completely evaporated the roster management problem. I'm sure we'll lose some people to the portal, but numbers arent an issue currently.

It really just kicked the can down the road, it didn't solve the issue.
