I mean if the text message is true is sounds more like Nuss will start or the coaches have full confidence to put him in if MB isn’t doing well.

I think this is how you handle it. Give MB a few games and if he’s not overly impressive, you give to Nuss.

When CBK got here, his comments to Myles to get him out of the portal were something along the lines of "Why can't you come back and be that guy that threw for 420 yds and 4 TDs against Mizzou?"
Whether OP is right or not, I can see it playing out that way.
Think Myles at least gets first crack at it. Nuss has higher ceiling and played better in Spring game tho, imo.

Nah! Coaches said, after a couple of weeks practice, the best two will rise to the top. They get the snaps, needed to prepare for Fla St.
The season is laid out perfectly for a new starter. Get past the first game then get in rhythm the next few games, for the SEC challenge.

That's about the dumbest take of all. If Nuss is better they will start him.
My money is on the transfer. That's the sort of guy who wouldn't transfer unless it was likely he'd start. But who knows?
