Perhaps you should apply your silence idea to yourself and your holier than thou preachy posts?

Your silence would be an effective way to show your displeasure with some fans.

good luck getting drunk assholes to be silent. The situation isn't unique to LSU. I also think Miles attitude/ awkwardness doesn't help in these situations. Other coaches can say the something similar to les but the fan base doesn't lose it's shite. Les says it goofy and with a goofy face and it seems to only add more blood to the water.

It's also ridiculous to think a guy that gets paid 6 figures is going to make coaching decisions based on the boos of a bunch of drunk fans.

Well, duh?

Do you really get the impression that the fans think they're going to accomplish this? Fans know full well they don't get a vote in coaching decisions, so when things go badly enough they boo because that's all they CAN do. Booing is an expression of powerlessness and the frustration that arises from such.

That said, the sidewalk lawyers in this thread make me LOL with their inane "fans don't have the right to boo" BS. What're you gonna do about it? Arrest them?

Figured you would not dare to apply YOUR advice to yourself.

Hypocrisy at it's finest.

Gotta love people who preach to others but can't hold themselves to what it is they preach.

At some point we will need Jennings to be productive. He's a tiger and we will need him to play eventually

This is a more important point than people are giving credit for.

The important things for this game as far as quarterback play were to get Harris some quality playing time and to get Jennings back in the saddle after a poor outing last week. BOTH of those were important. I believe that's why the staff stuck with Jennings a while. Despite the crappy play it was evident that we were going to win. So, let him try to get something good going and get confident again. After a while it was evident that it wasn't going to happen and his confidence was taking an even bigger beating. So Harris went in. Thankfully he did great and we look like we have a QB.

But he's a skinny freshman who runs a lot and runs pretty hard. It would be fair to assume he may miss some time. Also, he had looked lost at times and like a world beater at times in his play thus far. That being the case, wouldn't a good coaching staff try to get Jennings back in a groove even if the decision has been made that Harris would be the starter sooner than later?

Like many things in coaching, It didn't work out. Doesn't make it an idiotic idea.

I tell them Tiger fans don't boo Tigers. Just like I've done in this thread. Every time I've done that at a game they have stopped booing.

Where have I booed an LSU player in this thread? Are you still drunk from last night?

The funny part... the NMSU players never mentioned booing jennings. They were commenting on how the boos made it seem like they were doing the right thing. Jennings name was never mentioned; it was assumed by the writer and Russian runs with it.

They're exhausted. They've been valiantly attacking every single post and poster that dare criticize the great and infallible Lord Miles for the last 7 straight days.

You are talking about people acting like trash while in this same thread you are acting like trash. But like the people booing you just don't see it that way.

Your silence idea. Practice it. Here now.

Or resorting to profanity on a message board.

You are last one here to preach to others.

Or to accuse someone of being drunk.

You have no class.

I've never booed a player/coach. Booed bad calls but that's it. That being said, at least booing could be interpreted as booing Miles. Chanting, "We want Harris" I far more detrimental imo.
