UGA #2 is playing #8 Arkansas at 12noon EDT. Now that Disney/ABC/ESPN is taking over SEC scheduling, believe that a big SEC game will be played every week at 12noon EDT/11am CDT.
The idea that teams doing poorly play earlier is not valid anymore.

Baylor's wins over TX State, TX Southern and a team whose only wins are UNI and UNLV (possibly the worst 1-A team in football) deserve a higher ranking than what they have. They should be ranked above Georgia

Who said the transitive propery works? I wasn't saying LSU should be ranked at all or that LSU is better than Clemson. I'm saying Clemson shouldn't be ranked. They are 2-2 and have scored 3, 14 and 14 at the end of regualtion in their 3 games against Division I opponents. And I just think the fact the Mississippi State beat NC St. by two TDs shows that NC State isn't a great team.

This is simply a fake paid beauty pageant with the ugly girls getting in the top 25. It's just the same thing every year. They need to start the rankings/polls in Oct rather than 15 mins after the National Championship game ending.

So what? That's only temporary. As the national media, like the local media, hates LSU and especially Ed O.
Meanwhile, Dave Aranda lucks out and finally makes it to the top 25, and already people are calling for LSU to replace Ed O with Dave Aranda. I mean most rantards believe it is really that simple.
