Orlando has plenty to do. More than Dallas. Im happy with the Cotton, but the Capital One definitely does NOT suck.
The Geek Squad members are still all butt hurt over the rain, torn up turf, unusually cool temps in Orlando and loss to Penn.State last year.
It's usually 75 in Orlando in January.
Hope everybody has fun running around Dallas the week of the game when it's 35 degrees. Oh boy, but the Mothership (Jerry's World) is heated and will be all warm and toasty inside.............

The same nega's that lost that game in Arky. I hope LSU never again go to the crap 1 bowl, especially after last years mudfest. This will be a rehearsal for next years game with Oregon.
At this point anyone who alludes to the muddy field issue is simply intentionally misleading people. You know good and well that the field has been replaced with synthetic turf.

LSU will probably get more exposure from the Cotton than it would have from the Capital One.
This is preposterous. For one thing, the Cap one features SEC/Big 10, not to mention a Big 10 champ. Lest you forget, our matchup is with 9-3, #18 A&M. Secondly, ESPN is broadcasting Cap one but not the Cotton which means that Cap one gets round the clock national exposure. Let's face, it's a much better matchup.

NegaTigers caused us to go to a lesser bowl/matchup...
Really?
Our inept offense had nothing to do with it?

Yeah remember that slop bowl that negated our speed. Not this year my friend.

I dont understand how these random fans think that not going back to the cap 1 bowl is such a travesty. Both are non BCS bowls, both are highly regarded non BCS bowls, and the only means of ranking the two bowls is by payout to the schools, which the fans get no direct benefit from anyways. IT DOESNT MATTER WHICH ONE WE GO TO, ITS A NON BCS BOWL!!!

caused the Capital One to stay away from our Tigers
If that was a "supposed reward" I attended last year in Orlando, I would hate to see when we are punished. Frick Orlando. That was the worst football environment ever.

I am what you would call a posi-tiger all the way and i call bull shite on that. It was a mutual decision that benefited both LSU and the cap 1 bowl. How can you guys not see that?
This.

So not on ESPN = not legit
makes total sense.

LOOK, PEOPLE, IT WOULD BE BETTER FOR THE LONG-TERM BEST INTEREST OF LSU FOOTBALL TO GO TO THE COTTON AND BEAT THE fAGGIES !
But, first, we have to beat them. That's not a given.

Only because unlike the SEC or Big 12 there can be multiple conference champs. Its stupid, 3 teams tied with the best record in the big 10 so they are all "champs". FTR, Texas A&M tied with OU (Who they beat) and Nebraska (Who they beat) for the best record in the Big 12. If the Big 12 was like the Big 10, Texas A&M would also be conference champs.

No it doesn't suck at all if you don't mind going to a stadium in the ghetto with spent hypodermic needles in the parking lot. That is exactly what happened when we played Iowa. Got there early to set up to tailgate and had used needles in our parking lot, not to mention the uncomfortable drive through one of the worst sections of Orlando to get there. Until they change the venue I won't go back.
